General Policy

Children: Children over the age of 12 will be charged as adults.

Check-in: 15.00 to 22.00

Early arrival can be pre-arranged but is subject to availability and is £35.00 Late arrivals must be pre-arranged and are £35.00

Check-out: 10.00

Cash Payments: We do not accept cash payments.

Payment is automatically taken 5 days before arrival from your card details provided when making the booking. Grouppayment is automatically taken 21 days before arrival.

Pets:
We are dog friendly however this is subject to availability and prior approval. £25.00 per pet per night, maximum 1 medium or 2 small or miniature breeds. Unfortunately we only accept non malting breeds. Owners must provide pets own bedding, no pets are permitted on the beds or furniture.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 5 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the5 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of the total cost of the booking.

Group Cancellation Period

Reservations of 3 or more rooms are classified as a group. All group rooms have a 21 day cancellation period. Bookings cancelled within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full.

Special Event Period Cancellation Policy

Guest reservations arriving for Goodwood Festival of Speed& Goodwood Revival are fully non refundable. Once booked this becomes non refundable at any point.
